As it pertains to achieving the overarching OBRA Strategy 2, what does completion of this grant mean?

• Onboard more devs to the Safe modular ecosystem by providing development tools, templates and a module distribution infra
• Partner with and onboard auditors into Zenguard Auditing Dashboard
• Listing the modules (~20) that can onboard more users from the existing Safe Wallet ecosystem and standardizing the module development for Safe account working with **ERC-7579** and ERC-6900
