1. Preparing for KYB

👇 To ensure an seamless process, prepare the following documents for your KYB verification 👇

Step 1: Company information (Full name, address, city, registration number, country)

Step 2: KYB information of the corporate officer/legal representative of your company. This means passing a liveness test, submitting an identity document and a proof of address valid and less than 3 months dated. The legal representative must appear on the legal documents that you submit afterwards. If he/she is not marked on them, his/her KYB as a corporate officer cannot be validated. Step 3: Submit all legal documents of the company (certificate of incorporation, bank statement, memorandum of association and registry of shareholders AND directors). Step 4: Finally, all KYB information of UBOs with 25% or more shares must be submitted. Ultimate beneficial shareholders, even for legal entities, must result in individual owners at the end of each branch of the ownership tree.
