1. Pre-Application: OBRA Funding Details
2. Onboarding via SafeDAO OBRA Onboarding Hub
   1. Once accepted by SafeDAO into the OBRA initiative, projects will be sent an onboarding form. The onboarding process includes:
      1. KYC/KYB compliance: Undergo the KYC/KYB process for verification purposes.
      2. OBRA funding agreement: Review and sign the OBRA funding agreement to formalize our collaboration.
      3. Payment onboarding: Set up your payment information for the receipt of USDC.
