1. 🛠️ State of OBRA

The implementation of the proposed ‘Councils and Committees’ structure for Safe DAO remains in progress, following feedback from the community to proceed slower and iteratively.

No new initiatives were onboarded during this reporting period, however, several new OBRA proposals were received and are up for discussion on the forum. One of these includes a proposal for the extension of the Contribution Efficiency System (CES) to continue supporting OBRA operations until there is greater clarity regarding the implementation of the proposed council structures. Below, you can access the new OBRA initiative proposals on the forum, as we approach the next voting period:

📑 Applications

• To date, OBRA has received a total of 41 applications, with 21 of them being accepted and ratified through voting on Snapshot.
• The majority of OBRA applications have been skewed towards increasing governance participation and awareness of the Safe ecosystem (i.e., strategies 5 and 3 respectively).
• There are currently no applications being voted on in Snapshot.
