1. 🛠️ State of OBRA
- This reporting marks the end of our funded CES coverage. We will however continue to operate at full capacity until such time as additional funding infrastructure (ie. OBRA 2.0) is ratified.
- Cometh, Gnosis Guild, and OneBalance (SEP 34) completed their final milestones and concluded their initiatives following a rescoping, as detailed in last month’s report.
- Areta (SEP 52) completed all milestones for its Contributor Efficiency System (CES) initiative but has committed to ongoing grant management support for OBRA grantees beyond its original scope.
- During this reporting period, we received 1 new OBRA application —> [Draft] [SEP #54] [OBRA: Strategy 4] Lucid Safe - Clear Signing for Safe Wallets

To date, OBRA has maintained a total of 42 applications, of which 23 have been accepted by SafeDAO via governance. Increasing governance participation remains the strategy with the lion-share of OBRA applications.
