1. 🛠️ State of OBRA

As we begin Sprint 3 of the third season of OBRA, we are back to share more reporting updates from July. At the conclusion of the voting period from Sprint 2, we have seen the ratification of three new OBRA initiatives from DoDAO, 1a35e1, and the joint proposal of Cometh, Gnosis Guild, and OneBalance. With these newly accepted proposals beginning their OBRA onboarding processes, the new total of OBRA initiatives is brought to 15.

Additionally, there have been suggested governance cycle amendments for OBRA which have come off the back of OBRA retro feedback rounds. In short, the changes outlined in the proposal will:

1. Remove “Phase 0” and start at Phase 1 [Draft] at the beginning of the Governance Cycle/Sprint
2. Introduce a proposal change freeze period
3. Add a reflection period by shortening the Voting Period

• There are currently no applications being voted on in Snapshot
