As it pertains to achieving the overarching [Strategy 2] Foster module ecosystem, what does completion of this grant mean?

• Using resource locks, smart accounts can lock their state at the speed of signing removing the need to wait for finality and unlocking instantaneous cross-chain UX. After resource locks, the solver on the target chain can instantaneously satisfy the users intent on the target chain without waiting for finality and decoupling the input and the output transaction.

How do you measure the success of this initiative?
