Monthly OBRA Reporting We provided monthly reporting for OBRA initiatives, providing updates on initiatives’ progress, milestone completion, grant payouts and highlight blockers where applicable. OBRA April Reporting

Monthly Grantee Reporting We facilitated tracking and reporting for grantees, including reviewing reporting sheets and verifying milestone completion before progression to invoicing and payment distribution.
Ongoing Grantee Support We maintained separate communication channels to provide one-on-one support to each individual grantee, including:
• Attending to enquiries
• Assisting with invoicing/payment disputes
• Resolving blockers to milestone progression; and
• Serving as a liaison between grantees and the Foundation. Weekly Communication
Bi-Weekly Check-in Calls We held biweekly check-in calls with the Safe Ecosystem Foundation between April to June to align on key CES/OBRA updates and operational topics
OBRA 2.0 Support During the OBRA restructuring process, we supported the Foundation by serving as a sparring partner, engaging in both private and public iterative feedback sessions and discussions throughout the entire process. N/A
