I. High-Level Objectives

As it pertains to achieving the overarching [OBRA Strategy 5], what does completion of this grant mean?

• Facilitating transparent, effective, and standardized onboarding & external presentation of OBRA initiatives to minimize delegate attention drain and enable informed voting participation. Delegates (and other Safe stakeholders) should be able to clearly understand how each OBRA initiative contributes towards Safe’s designated OBRA strategies, and track their progress towards that goal.

How do you measure the success of this initiative?

• On top of the KPIs laid out in our proposal - and reflected in our below milestones - the success of the CES initiative will largely be tied to the broader success of OBRA season 1. We’ll reflect on the CES as a success if we effectively lessened the burden on delegates, eased onboarding frictions for initiatives, and automated these processes for subsequent OBRA seasons.
