As it pertains to achieving the overarching OBRA Strategy 5, what does completion of this grant mean?

Facilitating transparent, effective, and standardized onboarding & external presentation of OBRA initiatives to minimize delegate attention drain and enable informed voting participation. Delegates (and other Safe stakeholders) should be able to clearly understand how each OBRA initiative contributes towards Safe’s designated OBRA strategies, and track their progress towards that goal.

How do you measure the success of this initiative?

In addition to the KPIs outlined in our proposal and reflected in the milestones below, a key success metric during this transitionary period for OBRA will be gathering the most salient stakeholder feedback to inform future iterations of OBRA, including Committee and Council design. We will consider the CES successful if we effectively reduce the burden on delegates and streamline onboarding for initiatives.

How do you anticipate the initiative progressing after the completion of OBRA?

The future of the CES is largely contingent on how the DAO decides to progress with OBRA, in light of pending Commitees and Council structures being implemented. It is foreseeable that the CES continues to exist in a pure reporting capacity, or reshapes to the shifting requirements/processes of OBRA 2.0.
